Service Disclaimer

Last updated: May 30, 2026

Jexorium Network LLC

This disclaimer explains the limits of our telecom network consultancy, architecture advisory, capacity planning, custom tool, and security audit services.

1. Advisory and Professional Nature of Services

Jexorium Network LLC provides telecom network consultancy, architecture design support, capacity and scalability advisory, custom network resource management tooling, and architectural network security audit services. Our services are intended to assist clients with technical planning, decision-making, documentation, and risk awareness.

Our work is advisory in nature unless a signed written agreement clearly states otherwise. We provide analysis, recommendations, documentation, diagrams, technical guidance, and related deliverables. Final decisions, approvals, implementation, operational management, and ongoing maintenance remain the responsibility of the client.

2. No Guaranteed Network Performance

Network performance depends on many variables, including hardware capacity, carrier conditions, routing, configuration, traffic patterns, software versions, physical infrastructure, vendor limitations, cloud provider behavior, maintenance practices, and user demand. Any capacity estimates, scalability recommendations, or performance improvement suggestions are based on the information available at the time of review.

Jexorium Network LLC does not guarantee that a network will achieve a specific speed, uptime level, latency target, throughput level, packet loss target, availability percentage, or business result unless such guarantee is expressly stated in a signed written agreement.

3. No Absolute Security Guarantee

Architectural network security audits, policy reviews, segmentation reviews, and security recommendations are designed to identify visible risks, gaps, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities within the agreed scope. No review can identify every vulnerability or guarantee that a network is secure, breach-proof, compliant, or immune from future attack.

Security risks change over time. New vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, insider threats, vendor defects, credential compromise, and operational mistakes may occur after our review. Clients remain responsible for continuous monitoring, patching, access control, incident response, backup management, and operational security.

4. Architectural Audit Is Not Penetration Testing Unless Stated

Unless expressly included in a written agreement, an architectural network security audit is not a penetration test, exploit attempt, red-team engagement, vulnerability scan, managed detection service, incident response service, forensic investigation, or compliance certification.

Architectural audits typically focus on design, segmentation, documentation, access models, policy structure, resilience, operational exposure, and technical recommendations. Any active testing, scanning, or exploitation activity must be specifically authorized in writing and scoped in advance.

5. No Legal, Regulatory, or Compliance Advice

Our services may reference technical standards, security frameworks, operational practices, or compliance concepts. Such references are provided for technical planning and risk discussion only. Jexorium Network LLC does not provide legal advice, regulatory advice, formal compliance certification, audit attestation, or legal interpretation.

Clients should consult qualified legal, regulatory, compliance, or insurance professionals for advice regarding legal obligations, industry-specific compliance requirements, reporting duties, contractual obligations, and risk transfer.

6. Client Implementation Responsibility

Recommendations may involve changes to network architecture, routing, segmentation, monitoring, capacity planning, access control, policies, documentation, vendor selection, or operational procedures. Clients are responsible for validating, testing, staging, approving, implementing, and monitoring any changes before use in production environments.

Network changes can cause downtime, degraded performance, user disruption, data loss, service interruption, or security exposure if improperly planned or executed. Clients should maintain backups, rollback procedures, maintenance windows, change approvals, and qualified implementation resources.

7. Third-Party Systems and Vendor Limitations

Client environments may rely on third-party products, telecom carriers, cloud services, hardware vendors, managed service providers, software platforms, monitoring tools, and APIs. Jexorium Network LLC is not responsible for defects, outages, licensing limits, vendor delays, unsupported features, platform changes, data errors, API changes, or service interruptions caused by third parties.

Vendor recommendations or product references are not endorsements or guarantees. Clients are responsible for reviewing vendor terms, security practices, pricing, support levels, licensing obligations, and compatibility before purchase or deployment.

8. Information Accuracy and Scope Limits

Our analysis depends on the accuracy and completeness of information provided by the client. If diagrams, inventories, logs, traffic data, policies, configurations, or business requirements are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or withheld, our findings and recommendations may be limited or affected.

Work performed outside the agreed scope is not included. If additional systems, locations, networks, vendors, or business units are later identified, a separate review or expanded scope may be required.

9. Custom Tool Disclaimer

Custom network resource management tools, scripts, dashboards, templates, or utilities may be developed based on client requirements and the technical environment described at the time of development. Such tools may require maintenance if network structures, APIs, data sources, authentication methods, vendor platforms, or business rules change.

Unless ongoing support is included in writing, Jexorium Network LLC does not guarantee that custom tools will remain compatible with future changes to client systems or third-party platforms.

10. No Emergency or Managed Operations Service

Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not provide 24/7 network operations, emergency outage response, carrier escalation, managed detection and response, live monitoring, production administration, security operations center services, or on-call infrastructure support.

Clients should maintain their own operational support, emergency response procedures, vendor escalation paths, and managed service arrangements where required.

11. Forward-Looking Recommendations

Capacity, scalability, cost, performance, and roadmap recommendations may involve assumptions about future traffic growth, business expansion, vendor availability, technology changes, pricing, and operational behavior. These assumptions may change over time.

Clients should periodically review and update network plans, capacity models, security policies, and technical roadmaps as conditions evolve.
